Vídeo realizado con Andrés Daniel Góngora en la Casa Obeso Mejía, dentro del taller de vídeo experimental con Alexandra Gelis y Jorge Lozano. Se habitó el espacio a través de un performance inspirado en la obra de René Magritte, La invención colectiva, trayendo a la luz una criatura que desestructura la idea convencional de cuerpo, formando uno nuevo. Se aprovechó la arquitectura para interactuar con ésta, más allá de ser un fondo, imaginando la vida cotidiana de un ser solitario y haciéndolo existir ahí.
Video made with Andrés Daniel Góngora at Casa Obeso Mejía, within the experimental video workshop with Alexandra Gelis and Jorge Lozano. The space was inhabited through a performance inspired by René Magritte’s work, The Collective Invention, bringing to light a creature that disrupts the conventional idea of the body, forming a new one. Architecture was used to interact with it, beyond being a background, imagining the daily life of a lonely being and making it exist there.
